Expert Manufacturing and State of the Art Equipment: Much of Higgins Analytical's manufacturing and technical staff has been involved with the chemical separations business for over 17 years.  By focusing this expertise exclusively on the separations consumables business, high quality products as well as high quality processes are assured.  For example, our chemical engineer has developed solvent purification equipment and procedures that address all of the solvent requirements for production control.  Not only does this investment permit us to use the highest purity solvents available, it also eliminates much of the expensive and environment-polluting solvent disposal practice characteristically found in today's chemical industry.

Expert and Responsive Technical Support: As a Higgins Analytical Customer seeking technical support or product information, you will eliminate long waits and expensive phone calls, and you will never be transferred from one person to another only to end up in someone's voicemail!  By simply faxing or emailing your question to our Technical Support Group, you will receive a prompt written response.  If we don't know the answer, we will tell you so - but, that doesn't happen very often.

Concern for more than just the GREEN in our logo:  Since our policy is to provide the highest performance available, we put a tremendous amount of effort into assuring the quality of our products.   We also place a great deal of attention on how we impact the environment. Just as our solvent purification practices have minimized our solvent consumption and waste disposal needs, the processes we have developed use materials and equipment that minimize the health risks to us, and we have completely eliminated the use of ozone-depleting solvents.

Easy Ordering and Rapid Delivery:  Our worldwide network of qualified distributors can provide expert support and prompt delivery from their local inventory.  Our On-line E-catalog   items are generally shipped from the factory within a day of receiving the order before 2 p.m. PST.  In the event that we have not provided you with a near-by distributor, we can ship to you directly  from the factory by a variety of carriers.  (If we don't have one listed that you prefer we can accommodate your preferred carrier).

Warranty: Higgins Analytical products are manufactured and quality controlled to the highest standards and are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects.  A customer feeling that a product does not measure up to performance expectations must request a returned goods authorization from the place of purchase within 30 days of the invoice date.

Higgins Analytical products are manufactured for use in the research and chemical manufacturing laboratory.  They are not intended for use in clinical or diagnostic applications.
